The successful bidder will be able to settle his bid by the following means:

- In cash : up to 1,000 euros including taxes and fees for French nationals and persons acting on behalf of a company, 15,000 euros including taxes and fees for foreign nationals on presentation of their identity papers.

- By cheque drawn on a French bank, on presentation of proof of identity and, for legal entities, a K-Bis extract dated less than 3 months. Cheques drawn on a foreign bank are not accepted. For payment by cheque, the prize will be delivered 20 working days after cashing.

Shopping / lot collection :

ALL LOTS EXCEPT JEWELRY, WATCHES AND DISPLAYS must be collected from the Hôtel Drouot store. Jewelry must be collected from NEO Enchères within 15 days. After this period, storage will be charged at a minimum of 2 euros per working day.

Magasinage Drouot: All items remaining in the auction room the day after the sale at 10 a.m., and not picked up by the auction company, are stored in the Magasinage department of Hôtel Drouot. Access via 6bis rue Rossini - 75009 Paris. Open Monday to Friday from 1.30 pm to 6 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 10 am. The shopping service is subject to a fee, payable by the purchaser. Rates as of February 15, 2023 are as follows:

Processing fees, depending on the nature of the lot (€5 / €10 / €15 / €20 / €25 incl. VAT), capped at €100 incl. VAT per withdrawal.

Daily storage and insurance fees, from the 3rd working day, depending on the nature of the lot (€1 / €5 / €10 / €15 / €20).

A 50% discount on storage fees is granted to foreign customers and art market professionals outside the Paris region, on presentation of proof.

After one calendar year, lots will be stored outside the Hôtel Drouot warehouse.

NEO Enchères cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for storage at the Hôtel des ventes.
